Beautiful work with the colouring! It's not easy creating neutrals between warm and cool colours. If you're going for mostly realism, for proportions, i would suggest sliding a transparent version over the original photo overtop to check. You've done really well with the subtle tones in the hair. My suggestion for next time is to look at the proportions of the face. Do you start by drawing the nose? I just notice that the nose is the largest part of the face in the drawing. It's not unrealistic by any means, but other features seem to get smaller the further we get away from the nose as if it is a focal point. You could also try the classic mirroring to pick up finer placement / proportian things.
